When the product doesn’t fit, is incorrect or when the product is damaged, the customer can return the product within 14 days after delivery. We will ask the customer to send the product back to our factory. It is not possible to return SALE items.
(full address will be provided to the customer via email).
While making a return please make sure of the following:
• The product is in perfect condition: unwashed, unworn and no stains.
• The product have all original ESSIES tags.
• The product is packed in a waterproof bag with tape.
Please note the customer shall be held responsible for the delivery and all the shipping fees until it reaches ESSIES warehouse.
ESSIES does not accept a return if the product is shipped 14 days after delivery.
The customer must contact service@essiesdresses.com for approval before sending or returning any item to us.
ESSIES will not be responsible for the returned item without prior notification.
After returning the product the customer can claim a refund or exchange that product with a new one.
Refund will be allowed subject to the following conditions:
• The customer is required to return the product to us in the manner as mentioned above.
• ESSIES does not refund shipping fee.
• Refund will be processed after ESSIES received the package in good condition.
• ESSIES does not refund if there is refusal on delivery due to non payment of duties and Taxes.
We will also allow you a refund in the following other circumstances:
• If we conclude that the original payment was made out of fraud.
• If there is duplicate payment was made due to technical glitch, or any other error.
• If we consider the refund is necessary as per customer support staff as per our sole discretion.
Due to limited stock we do not exchange products. You will have to return the product and order the right size/model.
These rules are only applied for the webshop not for in store pick up ore purchase.

ESSIES reserves the right to refuse any returns that do not match the return policy.
We will refund your order to the original payment method, once it has been processed.
